First training

I have established contact with my placement, Hitsa, and feel very excited! I will start on Tuesday with attending a training called 'Development of Digital Infrastructure of an Educational Institution'. The training is described as this on the website:

Educational Manager of Education Program Digiajastu Second Training Development of the digital educational program of the educational institution supports the development of a clear ICT vision and goal of the educational institution and the creation of a practical action plan supporting them. During the training, the team analyzes the situation of the agency's digitalization and its development needs and thinks about activities that will help the educational institution to reach its goals. The training guides the members of the team to understand each other and move forward together, helping to achieve the goal of the Estonian Lifelong Learning Strategy at Digipower Lifelong Learning.

My expectations of this is that I will get to know the organisation a little bit better and get to shadow an educator working with online content (something I have no experience of!). I have been thinking about what Jodie said in the class, about agreeing on a framework for the feedback of the shadowing. I would like to have a proposal/idea for something like that before Tuesday - what is it I can observe and look out for in my shadowing? What would be useful to give feedback on? Spontaneously I think that I could think about inclusion and participation, including traonsformative perspectives in online education, or something along these lines.
